For Kent's Birthday we went to:
It's a fairly long trek considering it's at
the end of the Huntington Beach Pier.

We decided to order Jack a lemonade to keep him
busy while we ordered our food and enjoyed the view.
Jack thought the lemonade was just about the most
delicious thing he'd ever tasted and quickly drank all 8 oz.
Kent and Jack shared a milkshake. By the look on Kent's
face we probably should have bought two.
Sharing's hard when Oreos are involved!
On our way back to the car we noticed a ukulele band.
We stopped to listen to their version of "Peggy Sue."
I have to admit, they were pretty good!

All and all it was a beautiful day in Orange County
and a Happy Birthday for Kent!

A surf city diner - what else for Kent's birthday! Good call on the lemonade. We have started ordering James his own too - otherwise he wants ours and generally doesn't want to give it back.
The sacrifices we make for our kids - it was go good of Kent to share his shake!!
Yay for birthday's Kent is getting so big!! :) Jack looks a lot bigger than in July, I wish we were closer. Vegas is dumb.
Sounds like a fun birthday dinner. I'd feel the same way as Kent about sharing my oreo shake:)
